We prioritize data security with a dedicated cybersecurity team. Every team member implements multi-factor authentication and has completed comprehensive cybersecurity training. Access is strictly controlled through role-based access controls, ensuring only authorized personnel can handle sensitive data. Additionally, our systems undergo regular security audits to identify and address potential vulnerabilities, ensuring continuous improvement in our security framework. Please note that we ask groups to share their confidentiality preferences during the application process. If a group chooses to remain anonymous, we will not share their name or any part of their applications submitted with other groups, foundations, or in Black Feminist Fund publications. Please note that if you are selected for a grant and your organization has chosen to remain anonymous, your organization name will be disclosed for tax filing purposes only.
Donations
The Black Feminist Fund will never share, sell, exchange, or release your personal information (name, email address, mailing address, phone number, credit card data, etc.), regardless of its source, to any third parties. This applies to both online and offline donations. The Black Feminist Fund’s privacy policy is compliant with the Association of Fundraising Professionals’ Code of Ethical Standards.
Online Donations
Donations made via blackfeministfund.org are processed through Fastaction.ngpvan.com and are subject to their privacy policy. Fastaction.ngpvan.com collects a variety of personal information in order to properly process the donation. This personal information may include: name, address, phone, email address, credit card information, and donation amount.
Fastaction.ngpvan.com does not use the personal information that donors provide for any purpose except to complete the transaction and to provide a confirmation (receipt) for the donation. Individuals who donate to the Black Feminist Fund, online or otherwise, have the option to subscribe to our email list and have the option to opt out at any time.

Email Subscription
The Black Feminist Fund sends occasional emails to donors, interested individuals who subscribe online, or personal contacts. Subscribers may choose to unsubscribe at any time using a link located at the bottom of each email.
